Anne - About Me
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist working in Edinburgh, offering therapy to couples experiencing relationship difficulties, and to individuals with wide-ranging issues. I trained in Person-Centred and Psychodynamic theories with Edinburgh University and both approaches inform my practice. Currently I work for Bright Light Relationship Counselling as well as running my own private practice. I also counsel at the West End Therapy Centre, 1 St Colme Street, Edinburgh EH3 6AA.
Therapy can support you through difficult periods in your life. It may be concerns about the state of your relationship or perhaps you have continual work-related stress. Whatever challenges you are facing, I believe that in working together, in a safe and confidential environment, we can address your problems. Counselling can help you know yourself better and begin to see the possibilities of a brighter future.
